Gareth Clegg is Founder and Managing Consultant of TechniStrat Consulting, a Cork-based advisory firm helping pharmaceutical, medtech, life sciences and manufacturing organisations improve supply chain, distribution and automation performance in regulated environments.

A Chartered Engineer (CEng, MIEI) with an MBA from the University of Limerick, Gareth brings over 27 years of senior engineering and operations leadership. At Johnson and Johnson he led capital programmes worth over $100M across EMEA and APAC, delivered the first World Economic Forum Lighthouse distribution site, and led global track and trace deployment for the COVID-19 vaccine. Most recently he was COO of ProSys Sampling and Containment in Cork, leading an 80-plus person team.

Having founded and exited two start-ups, Gareth offers independent, vendor-neutral advice and looks forward to connecting with fellow Chamber members.
