St. Patrick’s Distillery Ltd. is a multi-award-winning independent Irish spirits producer based in Douglas, Cork, proudly crafting premium small-batch whiskey, gin, vodka, cream liqueurs, and poitín. We honour time-honoured methods—malting, slow distillation, and patient barrel aging—while embracing innovation to produce smooth, complex, and unmistakably Irish spirits.

Our award-winning portfolio includes classic blends, cask-finished whiskeys, rich cream liqueurs, and a boldly expressive poitín made from the finest potatoes and malted barley. At 53% ABV, this poitín pays tribute to our founder’s grandmother—a renowned distiller in the Croagh Patrick region who was once arrested for illegal distilling. So respected was her craft that law officers quietly returned her confiscated still to ensure their supply of “the good stuff” continued. Her resilience and talent live on in every drop.
