About Us
Red Mountain is a Cork-based strategy and innovation design consultancy. The team helps organisations make sharper decisions about where to go next, then designs the projects and change programmes that get them there.
Work covers strategy and service design, with facilitation and stakeholder engagement running through it. Alongside that sits the question of how to adopt AI well, and Red Mountain delivers the readiness assessments, governance and adoption planning behind it.
Clients include multinationals across life sciences and medtech, along with financial services organisations and bodies in higher education and the semi-state sector. Over 30 years of combined consultancy experience sits behind the work.
