I am the founder of Orla McAndrew Food, a Cork-based bespoke catering company specialising in luxury events with a focus on sustainability and zero-waste. My work combines creativity with responsibility, showing that elegance and environmental awareness can go hand in hand. In January 2025, I published my debut cookbook Larder with Blasta Books, celebrating Irish produce and resourceful cooking. I have recently launched Heirlooms by Orla McAndrew, a vintage crockery and tableware brand that honours heritage and craftsmanship. My collaborations include SuperValu, the EU Commission, Network Ireland, and Cork on a Fork Festival. Alongside my business, I contribute opinion pieces to national newspapers and speak on topics such as food systems, sustainability, and community resilience.
