About Us

At Pathway Forward, I support senior professionals, leaders and executives navigating job uncertainty, redundancy, workplace change and career change & career transition.

With more than 25 years’ senior HR experience in multinational companies, I have supported organisations and leaders through significant periods of workplace change. Having also experienced the uncertainty, lead-up and reality of redundancy myself, I understand the process from both sides of the table.

Today, I use that experience to help people make sense of what’s happening, understand their options and take confident next steps. My approach is practical, personal and focused on helping clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence and choice.
