About Us

Hoco Sauna is a wellness space that we have created in Cork, to bring people together. We have a Sauna with cold plunges, ice baths and a smoothie bar on site. We have a full seated area, where guests can relax after their session and maybe play a game of chess or cards. We also have heated changing rooms and a covered outdoor space.
