About Us

Boardmatch Ireland is a registered charity that works to upskill charity and not-for-profit boards by connecting enthusiastic and skilled volunteers with organisations that have board vacancies. We believe that skills are transferrable across sectors and board volunteering is an opportunity to give back to a cause you are passionate about, while also learn new skills and grow your networks.

We do this through a variety of services. Our primary service is our free board recruitment website, where charities can advertise their board vacancies and candidates can apply for opportunities that interest them. We also have our flagship BoardMatch Live event - a unique, vibrant, face-to-face event, that allows individuals and charities to meet, connect and find their potential board match.
