Nourish your mind, body, and spirit and tap into your creative energy at this multi-sensory wellbeing event featuring Yoga, delicious tapas and soulful melodies in the beautiful surrounds of Crawford Art Gallery!

Start the evening with a dynamic Yoga flow led by experienced senior yoga instructor Hazel Buckley from The Yoga Tree (suitable for all levels). Next up is a rejuvenating sound bath guided by the talented Julia Tsang when you will immerse yourself in soothing vibrations and experience deep relaxation.

You'll then savor pre-dinner Kinsale Gin & tonics or refreshing non-alcoholic mocktails on the beautiful lawn of the Crawford Art Gallery, before indulging in delicious and healthy tapas and salads served at the Greenroom Restaurant in the Crawford Gallery.

And finally, while you relax and savour your desserts, you will be serenaded by the soulful melodies of Velvin Lamont, an exceptional singer.
