What better way to de-stress after work than to throw on your runners and pound the pavement before you head home?

Join us here at ROW Mondays at 5.45pm outside the door and we will do a 5km run around the City.

We are located on 12 South Mall just opposite the Imperial Hotel. Get the run in before you go home and the couch gets you!!! Our runs are friendly and welcoming and are also open to non-members. We can help you improve your fitness and have fun while doing so!
