NextGen Leaders is a leadership development event specifically for team leads, senior managers, project owners or individuals showing readiness for leadership from across the largest companies in our membership.

Developing next generation leaders is essential to ensuring organisations remain agile, inclusive and prepared for the challenges ahead. It is also key to shaping the culture, communication and direction of tomorrow’s workplaces.

The initial session of 'Speak with Purpose, Lead with Impact' will be led by Gavin Duffy, well-known entrepreneur and leadership expert, and will focus on one of the most critical leadership skills - communication.
