Eye-catching, thought-provoking and mouth-watering in equal measure, Meat and Potatoes will open across two floors of exhibition space at Crawford Art Gallery this summer. Bringing together works by historic and contemporary artists who have used food as their muse in myriad ways, the exhibition will be organised into three primary sections – BREAD, MEAT and POTATOES – which will be presented as staples in the history of food-focused art, as well as our personal diets throughout the ages
