IDF Joint Symposium on Dairy Drying Technology & Recombined Milk Products

Glatt Ingenieurtechnik GmbH will be in attendance at the IDF symposium on Dairy Drying Technology & Recombined Milk Products at the Clayton Hotel Silver Springs in Cork from the 13th to the 15th of May. 

 A content-rich 3-day agenda, delivered by renowned experts in their field, will highlight state-of-the-art research in the field of dairy powder production and subsequent recombined milk applications. The content will be applied in nature i.e. scientifically robust with strong relevance to real-world drying processes and powder applications.

The joint nature of the symposium brings together all stakeholders (academic and industrial) with an interest in powder production and use to engage and cultivate relationships with world-renowned researchers and each other.
