Finance Bootstrapping Workshop

This workshop is aimed at Start Ups and Scale Ups.  It is designed to help business owners to get beyond their current financial pressures and to satisfy themselves if they are on the right track or if they need to make changes.  Dan will go through a number of real life examples of where businesses had to make important decisions and will show who succeeded and who failed and why.  The workshop will identify what was important to focus on in those instances and ultimately where the Bootstrapping actually made sense.  Part of the enterprise Week Programme of Events.
