Guest speakers:
Loretta Kennedy is the Founder of the healthy food business, MamaBear Foods Ltd and has a coaching and mentoring business. In her role as Manging Director of MamaBear Foods she focused on expanding the MamaBear foods range of products and bringing this range to the export market. She has a history of working in different sectors including food, women's health and holistic wellness industries. Loretta is an accredited Trauma of Money practitioner and coach and helps entrepreneurs to build soul aligned and regenerative businesses.

Andy Mackin is CEO of Mackin Group which is headquartered in Cork and operates globally. It was originally established in 2004 as a Health & Safety company. Today, Mackin contains two thriving companies, both steered by Andy: Mackin EHS, an evolution of the initial business; and Mackin Talent, a global talent solutions company with significant presence in North America, as well offices in EMEA and APAC. Andy was an ‘EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Finalist’ in 2020.
