Dementia Information Evening
The Ballyphehane Community Association is hosting an information evening on Dementia
Aims to increase public understanding of dementia, including its symptoms, causes, and available treatments.
The event offers valuable information about dementia, its progression, and the impact it has on individuals and their families. It covers topics like memory loss, cognitive decline, behavioural changes, communication strategies, and caregiving techniques.
The main speaker will be Kevin Quaid followed by a Q&A session. I believe he has spoken on the Opinion Line before. This event is free to ensure accessibility to the wider community.
